ITINERARY

30th Dec’23: Reach to our BANZARA HOME at Samthar, & you will be served with welcome drinks. Get refreshed and have your delicious meal (based on local dishes). After lunch, spend your own time by visiting nearby places at Samthar. In the evening, chill under the stars with bonfire. After that, dinner will be served!

31st Dec’23: Enjoy the early morning view of Mt. Kanchenjunga. Have your breakfast, & then we will leave for a small hike to Jhandi Dara for clicking beautiful photos, fun & exploring the village of samthar. Then we will come back in the afternoon and start our new year’s evening. There will be open mic performance, if anyone wants to perform anything they can do! Bonfire, BBQ, music & story sharing will continue upto 12 am in the night & we will welcome the new year!! Have a good night sleep!

1st Jan’24: After breakfast, you also can leave our homestay. A remarkable trip will end here.

How to Reach at Samthar

From NJP/Bagdogra Airport: Sharing option:Tuktuk/magic van/toto are available easily from NJP to reach Salugara, take buses/share cabs upto Kalijhora. From Kalijhora we will arrange share options on request or we can arrange personal cab from NJP.

Cancellation Policy:

30% cancellation charge if cancelled before 30 days before the event date.
45% cancellation charge from 30 days to 15 days before the event date.
60% cancellation charge from 15 days to 7 days before the event date.
100% cancellation charge after that or no show.

NOTE : Follow all the Covid guidelines issued by Government while traveling. Transfer/selling your bookings to other person without our knowledge is a punishable offence. You are accepting all our terms and conditions mentioned in the website when you are booking your slot.
Child Policy: Child below 6 years is free of cost. but if you choose personal room for you two you have to pay the whole amount because you will reserve a full slot for him/her as we have limited seats only.
